This is a standout opportunity to lead the eCommerce function for a large-scale omnichannel business supplying products and services across the hospitality and foodservice industries in Australia and New Zealand.
The Job
As the eCommerce Manager, you’ll take ownership of two enterprise-level B2B websites, guiding digital strategy, UX, conversion optimisation and platform performance across AU & NZ. You’ll be joining the team at a pivotal time, with a major transformation of the Australian site underway bringing in fresh tools, tech, and momentum.
Working closely with a high-performing marketing team and experienced agency partners, you’ll lead a small team of digital and content specialists, blending leadership with hands-on execution.

- Managing a team across ANZ and coordinating with IT and marketing stakeholders to roll out digital enhancements
- Overseeing site performance, analytics, SEO/SEM, and integration roadmaps
- Acting as the key digital contact for platform vendors and agency partners
- 5+ years’ eCommerce experience (ideally in B2B or wholesale environments)
- Strong Magento (Adobe Commerce) capability or similar platforms with familiarity on integrated systems (ERP, CRM)
- Experience leading site optimisation, managing digital teams and analysing customer behaviour
- A balance of strategic oversight and hands-on drive
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
