About the Opportunity As Chief Executive Officer, you will lead the organisation’s strategic direction and growth agenda. This is a pivotal role for an experienced leader passionate about sustainability, innovation, and commercial success. You’ll spearhead business development, forge strategic partnerships, and position the organisation as a key player in Australia’s transition to renewable energy.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s strategic plan with a focus on growth and market leadership.
• Drive commercial outcomes through business development, partnerships, and new revenue streams.
• Lead and inspire a high-performing team aligned with the organisation’s purpose and values.
• Oversee operational performance, governance, and financial management.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders including government, investors, and industry partners.
• Champion renewable technologies and innovation across the organisation.

About You You are a visionary and commercially astute executive with a proven track record in energy, renewables, or infrastructure. You bring:

• Senior leadership experience (CEO or equivalent).
• Strong business development and growth strategy expertise.
• Deep understanding of Australia’s renewable energy landscape and regulatory environment.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and governance capability.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to deliver both innovation and operational excellence.
